All the pieces are handmade to order. Please allow us up to 10 business days for your order to be made and shipped. In case the piece is available and can be shipped earlier, we will contact you by e-mail.

All items are securely packaged and shipped Via … UPS???? We are not liable for any damages, delays, stolen or lost shipments. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case of an unfortunate event of receiving a damaged item, please email us a photo of the package and item with an explanation as soon as you receive the package. We will replace the order or give you a store credit.
